June 17th - Keith Barber & Derek Lykins. - Classic Tunes Acoustic duo.
Two of the best guitar players in North Central Ohio take the stage for a few hours.
Teenage band "SPLITT" will be playing from 4-6pm! A great young band!
Special Guest "Donna Does Music" will pay us a visit as well!
June 24th - The Womack Brother's Family Band - Four piece classic rock/pop band.
Tony Schaffer and Noah Heyman head up this band. Great vocal and harmony. Easy listening and easy on the eyes. Noah is so cute! I have just been told that Noah's little sister is now in the band. Excellent!!
July 1st. - Chris Castle - Building on the "Storytellers" theme. Chris Castle will be performing a number of original songs along with a glimpse into the inspiration for each song, where he was when the song was written, how it was written, the style, rhythm, and pace of each song. Inside the mind of a songwriter. Also, a special guest may stop by.
July 8th - Less Than Zero - Excellent musicianship on tap for you this night of July 8th. Less Than Zero is one of the best cover bands in Norwalk and is sure to satisfy. The lead guitarist is off the charts!
Scott Border pays a visit during the breaks to lay down some Bluegrass for the fans!
July 15th - Dan Robertson - Back by popular demand is Dan Robertson. The classic guitar vocalist in every sense. Dan delivers rich vocals along with premier guitar playing. Very accomplished musician. We are lucky to have him.
July 22nd - Jimmy Bilgin aka Keyboard Cleats - I am very excited about this show. Our first taste of a music/comedy routine. Jimmy Bilgin comes highly recomended by a lot of people. I have heard some stories about his show. You will not want to miss what this guy does...
July 29th - Phil Charville & Sean Steffani - 50 plus years of local music experience between these two and they are not even old! Great vocals and guitar playing. Modern rock, classic rock duo that will blow you away. Sean Steffani has a world class voice that will leave you amazed. Don't miss this show!
Aug. 5th - Plank Road - If you like rock & blues, you will love Plank Road. I myself love bands like Led Zeppelin and the Rolling Stones. That means that I love Plank Road! Great musicians. Great set list.
Aug. 12th - Matt Kean & Friends - For those of you who do not know Matt Kean, all 5 of you, he is a Norwalk original. Legend has it, that Matt Kean was the first man in Norwalk with a pony tail. Not kidding here. I heard this from a little old lady who knew Matt as a teenager... Besides being a trendsetter in hairstyles, Matt has played in bands since the mid 1960's. Easily the best guitar instructor in northern Ohio, Matt also sings. Matt is bringing a few backup musicians to fill out the sound. It will be a night to remember.
Aug. 19th - FAIR WEEK - Due to Huron County's love for cattle, baby rabitts, horses, and the occasional tracktor pull, we will be off this week. Don't want to play for 11 people. See You At The Grand Finale !!
Aug. 26th - THE GRAND FINALE - This is our final show. A can't miss line up of some of Norwalk's best musicians and singers. We will be inviting a multitude of musicians to play this non rehearsed, jam session style blow out. Last year's Grand Finale was exceptional. This year will be even better. Chris Castle, Tony Schaffer, Matt Kean, Joe Linstrum, Jamie Castle, David Lichoff, Derek Lykins, Dan Robertson, Rachel Brown, and back by popular demand, Dan Fester of Monroeville fame. Dan now lives in Nashville and is making this show his only visit to the Norwalk Reservoir in 2009. We are all excited to see Dan and his beard.
